The John Ondrush Golf Fitness Academy in Syosset, NY, is a state of the art 15,000 square ft. facility equipped with a full golf specific gym, putting green, chipping area, hitting stalls, launch monitor, video and 3D swing analysis.
The Academy offers clients a physical exam designed to evaluate the body's ability to perform in a golf swing as well as a complete biomechanical swing analysis. A custom fitness program is designed for each client pinpointing areas of individual weakness and tailored to improve golf performance. We work with your PGA golf professional as a team to develop a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to improve your game, by helping you to develop better flexibility, balance, endurance and mobility.
